Once your order is dropped off at the post office, any concerns regarding your package are to go through USPS. To file a claim with USPS for a lost domestic package, go here. Cozy Coven is not responsible for shipping errors, lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

We offer free shipping on all orders. Please allow us 3-5 days to process your order before shipping. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-8 business days.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Monaya is committed to having as little impact as possible. We offer more sustainable products, with more environmentally-friendly fibers, dyes, and processes that include water saving, and cotton farming practices.

We are still new and working on expanding our site. As of now, we are not taking custom order requests.
